Let me tell you about how we started Big Toy Depot®: I had this idea in 2005, after managing Self-Storage Facilities for over 35-years, I realized there was a need for Covered Boat And RV Storage, as there is always a waiting list when spaces became available at my Self-Storage Facilities. I also noticed that the sun would destroy the exteriors of the RV’s, boats and trailers.
I determined that there must be a niche for people who have “Big Toys”. Most hardworking people who want to enjoy their Toys, keep them pristine, but just don’t have the time.
I decided to create a ***Valet Park FACILITY*** THAT WAS BASED ON Quality, Value, Care and Impeccable Customer Service. Our staff always says “Thank You” because we are so grateful for our clients. And, because I have noticed that very few in the customer service industry remember to say THANK YOU.
We searched the market place and found the proper customized equipment; a “Trailer Tug” to move your 5th Wheel, Trailer or Boat with care, precision and safety. Long term & Covered Boat And RV Storage includes full exterior wash and batteries charged if needed. All INDOOR storage receives one engine start a month, one generator start a month and one overnight electrical hook up a month which is all included in your monthly rent.
